Nestled between Woy Woy and Ettalong, Blackwall is one of those quiet, unassuming spots on the Central Coast that has a way of drawing you in with its simple charm. This small community sits right on the edge of Brisbane Water, offering beautiful water views.
The stunning rainbow I captured above the Rip Bridge is a perfect example of how persistence pays off in landscape photography. With rain showers throughout the day, it would have been easy to pack up and head home but sticking it out led to an incredible break in the clouds. Suddenly, the sky was awash with colour, creating a scene that felt like pure magic.
