Prints are strongly packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition
All ‘print only’ orders are wrapped in a protective layer of craft paper then packed in mailing tubes. A final shrink wrap ensures your print will reach you in perfect condition.
All matted and framed orders are individually bubble wrapped and then carefully boxed with additional internal packing.
We remind you that if you do not receive your prints in perfect order we will immediately replace the item at no additional cost to you.
We guarantee that our shipments will get to you in perfect order. If you do not receive your prints in perfect order we will immediately replace them at no additional cost to you.
We send all our orders by Australia Post or by the internationally recognized couriers Fastway.
All our orders are shipped within a week of the order being received. Shipping times will be within 1 – 10 days depending on the destination of the order.
This cost will be automatically calculated and added to the cost of your order.
All international orders (those shipped outside of Australia), except for USA, may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied at the discretion of the recipient country’s government once a consignment reaches the country in question. There should be no customs duties for products imported to the United States due to the Australian/US Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that came into effect on January 1, 2005. Customs policies vary widely between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When ordering from us you are also considered the importer of the ordered product and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. For all international orders except for the United States, all additional charges for customs clearance, import duties and taxes are payable by either the purchaser or the recipient. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of products. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be. We are not authorised by international governments to charge import duties on their behalf. We will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances. When ordering from us you agree to pay any import duties which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any import duties imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order, you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product and you will be charged the full purchase price of the order and the shipping price together with any shipping amount incurred in the return of the goods to us and any customs duty or penalty imposed by your government.
Full refunds will be available in the instance of major faults/defects, including shipping. You may return your purchased items with all packaging intact within 30 days of receiving you purchase.
